How it works
What does it take to start a rental? 
1. Be over 18 years of age
2. Identity document (Dowód osobisty, Karta pobytu or Passport)
3. MasterCard / Visa payment card
4. And that's it :)
Is a deposit required to start a lease?
No.
Can I pay my rent in cash or by bank transfer?
No, we only accept non-cash payments with Mastercard or Visa debit cards.
Is it safe to add a charge card to pay rent automatically?
The payment system we use is completely secure, as we avoid storing our customers' bank data. We use the same payment platform as Twitter, Shopify or Instacart.
When does my lease start?
Your rental begins only after the electric bicycle is issued to you.
Where can I get a reserved electric bike?
After confirmation of registration on the website, electric bicycles are issued in our service center at Kalwaryjska 29, Krakow
I have noticed a fault with my electric bicycle, what should I do?
If you have problems with your chain, brakes, something is loose, etc., please visit our service center immediately for a technical inspection. We will try to repair your bike immediately or give you a replacement bike.
Can I repair my electric bicycle myself?
Under no circumstances should you repair your electric bicycle yourself. Any defects or damage to the electric bicycle must only be repaired by an authorized MyCycle service center.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
In just four hours, the battery is charged to approximately 80%. It takes seven hours to fully charge the battery.
What is the cost of the electricity needed to charge the battery on an electric bicycle?
One full battery charge costs about 0.60 zlotys.
Can I use my electric bike in the rain?
Yes, there is no contraindication for using an electric bicycle in rain or snow. The bicycle is completely safe in all weather conditions.
